Chelsey is a co-founder of Shaped For You Business Solutions and worked within the realms of Administration & Data Analysis for 8 and half years. In the past 4 years she has also moved into Change Management and System Integration. She has experience of working mainly in the private sector ranging from retail to security service. 

With a Professional certification in Excel, Data Analysis and Presentation of Data (Reporting) are areas in which Chelsey is most passionate about. The creation of Dashboards and Infographics are definitely her strong suit, ensuring the viewer understands the data that is being presented.

Starting off in Office Administration and Operations Administration roles, Chelsey quickly learnt that administrative tasks came naturally to her. She is able to pick up new tasks and processes very easily and efficiently.

The world of Change Management has allowed Chelsey to learn new skills that could help enhance your business such as system integration and implementing process.

Jamal is a co-founder of Shaped For You Business Solutions and has worked in the world of change and project management for the past 9 years. He has experience of working in both the private and public sector ranging from security services, employability support and local Authority. His passion lye’s in strategic planning and driving efficiencies through both business and people change. 

One of Jamal’s specialties is stakeholder management and bringing small to medium size projects to fruition. He is skilled in analyzing datasets, output trends and leveraging user experiences to support project implementation and change. 

He has a strong track record in people development by building an individual’s confidence in feeling comfortable to take on new processes. He believes by empowering individuals and small to medium size businesses to make changes to their ways of working for the better will lead to success for both the business and provides job satisfaction for the individual.
